Salomon X Raise 2 Mid GTX Split Open & Leaks—Denied Warranty Claim!

I purchased the Salomon X Raise 2 Mid GTX outdoor boots from Sport City in 2023, expecting durability and waterproof protection. Less than two years later, the side panels have split open, and the boots have completely lost their water resistance. I submitted them for warranty review, only to have my claim rejected after two weeks with the excuse that the issue was "not a manufacturing defect." How is a boot marketed for tough outdoor use unable to handle basic city weather without falling apart? Either this is a production flaw or false advertising! I spent a significant amount (₺) expecting quality, and now I’m left without boots in the middle of winter. Salomon, honor your warranty and replace these defective boots!
