My New Salomon Ultra Flow Shoes Broke In 10 Days
On Thursday, September 18, I purchased a pair of Salomon Ultra Flow men’s shoes. In less than 10 days, with only light and short-term use (less than 2 hours a day), complete cracks appeared on the side parts of the sole. Despite using the shoes very carefully and attentively, experiencing such a problem in such a short time has left me disappointed. My order number is 10514245501. I have not yet contacted customer service. It is unacceptable for such an expensive pair of shoes to become deformed this quickly, and I want everyone to be aware of this situation.
