Salomon X Ultra 04 Shoes Wore Out in Less Than a Year—Requesting Exchange

I purchased the Salomon X Ultra 04 shoes in blue about a year ago. Living in a summer area, I wore sandals for half the year, so the shoes were only lightly used. Despite this, the inner lining of the shoes tore, and the outer fabric started unraveling. As someone who has used Salomon products for over 20 years, I can confidently say that this level of wear and tear is not normal for a shoe of this quality. I trusted the brand’s durability and am extremely disappointed. I am requesting an immediate exchange for this defective product. Salomon, I expect you to address this issue and uphold the quality your customers have come to expect.
