Royal Match Suddenly Banned My Account During Purchase
In Royal Match, the main account linked to my Google account was suddenly closed about four hours ago while I was trying to purchase the Royal Pass. I am effectively banned from the game. Not only did the purchase fail, but my existing collection has been reset to zero. I also cannot join any team right now and continuously receive connection errors. My player ID number is 2**6.
I tried to report the issue through the in-game help section, but the help/support section appears to have been completely removed, so I have no way to get assistance. I cannot properly access my account, nor can I complete any purchases.
I am requesting that my account be reopened, that my collection and in-game progress be fully restored, and that the connection and purchase issues be resolved. I also ask that this situation be thoroughly investigated and that I be provided with clear information regarding what happened.
