Royal Match Support Not Working on Google Play

I have been experiencing a serious issue for a long time with the Royal Match game that I downloaded from the Google Play Store. The in-game support/help center section does not open, so I am unable to report the problems I am experiencing from within the game. Whenever I try to open the support section, the game freezes, becomes unresponsive, and I am forced to close it.

Each time the game freezes and I have to exit, the game counts it as a loss. I lose my Light Ball and all of my accumulated progress. So far, this freeze has happened approximately seven times, and each time the progress I worked hard to build has been reset. For about a week now, the freezing issue has continued, and I have also been unable to reach the support team.

I request that the Royal Match team first ensure that the in-game support section functions properly so that players can receive assistance. Additionally, I want the Light Balls and progress I lost due to the freezing issue to be restored to my account, and I request that the cause of this freezing problem be identified and permanently fixed.
