Royal Match Didn’t Give My First-Place Reward—Game Shows Wrong Ranking

I won first place in the weekly Royal Match competition, but the game didn’t give me my prize. My friend, who came in second, can see the correct ranking on their account, yet on my screen, I am also shown as second place, which is completely unfair.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Royal Match failing to give rewards. A week ago, I noticed that the game wasn’t giving me the last three cards I needed, and previously, it even froze my rewards completely.
