Royal Match Won’t Let Me Change My Name or Fix Missing Rewards Issues

I play Royal Match with User ID: 9YB9MT4H, and I am currently facing two major issues that are causing a lot of frustration.
First, I want to change my in-game name, but the system won’t allow it. I understand that the name change can only be done once, but I have not been given the option properly, and there is no support section available to resolve this.
Second, I have recently noticed missing rewards from the weekly Train and Dragon events. Despite completing the challenges, some prizes have not been credited to my account, and it feels like the game is making it unnecessarily difficult to progress.
I respectfully request that Royal Match fix the name change problem, restore my missing event rewards, and provide real support to address player issues. Loyal players who invest time and effort in the game deserve better treatment and responsive help.
