Royal Match Failed to Credit Game Coins for 3 Seasons in My Card Collection

In my Royal Match account (Game ID: 10899), I have been facing a persistent issue in the card collection feature for the last three seasons. Despite meeting all the requirements, no game coins have been credited.

Based on my achievements, I should have received a total of 57,000 coins, and during the event journey, I should have accumulated around 3 million coins. Instead, I was rewarded with only two arrows — which is extremely unfair and completely unbalanced considering the effort and progress made.

I have reported this issue multiple times, but my complaints have been ignored without any meaningful response.

I demand that Royal Match immediately review and correct the missing rewards, credit the coins I rightfully earned, and start taking player feedback seriously. Ignoring players who support and engage with the game is unacceptable!
