Royal Air Maroc SAR 1,377.72 Charged but Casablanca–Paris Booking Unconfirmed
I purchased a Casablanca–Paris ticket on the Moroccan Airlines website on 22/09/2026 and paid 1,377.72 SAR with my bank card. Although the payment was deducted from my card, the reservation process did not complete and the booking was never confirmed. I have not received a confirmed ticket or any usable booking, yet the full amount has been taken from my account. There is also no clear email contact or adequate support channel available to solve this problem. I request that the 1,377.72 SAR charged for this unconfirmed Casablanca–Paris booking be fully and promptly refunded to my original payment method, or that a valid confirmed ticket be issued for the same route under the same conditions.
