Flydubai Refunded Only Part of My Canceled Flight Ticket

I am writing to formally complain about an incomplete refund related to my canceled Flydubai flight.
My Flydubai flight from Dubai to Istanbul, scheduled for March 8, 2026, was canceled. For this booking, I had paid a total of AED 2,301.31.
Following the cancellation, a refund was processed. However, the amount returned to me was significantly lower than the amount originally paid. Based on the payment and refund records available to me, approximately AED 1,650 remains unpaid and has not been returned.
What is particularly concerning is that Flydubai has never provided any explanation for this missing amount. No breakdown of the refund calculation, cancellation fees, deductions, or other justification has been communicated to me.
Since March 5, 2026, I have repeatedly contacted both the Dubai and Türkiye offices of Flydubai by email in an effort to understand and resolve this issue. Despite sending multiple messages, I have received no meaningful response. While the Türkiye office initially indicated that the matter would be reviewed, no follow-up communication was ever provided, and my requests have effectively been ignored.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable that a substantial portion of my payment remains unpaid without any explanation and that repeated attempts to obtain clarification have gone unanswered.
I respectfully request that Flydubai immediately review my refund case, provide a detailed written explanation regarding the missing amount, and refund the outstanding balance of approximately AED 1,650 without any further delay.
In addition, I request written confirmation once the refund has been processed and a clear explanation of why my previous inquiries were not answered.
I expect this matter to be handled promptly and fairly, and I look forward to receiving the remaining refund that is rightfully owed to me.
