My March 8, 2026, Dubai–Istanbul flight with Flydubai was canceled, and I had paid 2,301.31 AED for this ticket. After the cancellation, the refund I received was incomplete, with approximately 1,650 AED still unpaid. The company has not provided any explanation for this missing amount.
Since March 5, 2026, I have sent multiple emails to both the Dubai and Turkey offices, but I have not received any response. Although the Turkey office initially stated that they would handle the issue, they failed to follow up and left the matter completely unresolved.
I request that the remaining 1,650 AED be refunded to me in full and without delay, as it was withheld without any explanation.
