Royal Air Maroc Lost My Two Checked Bags and Won't Respond to My Claim

I traveled with Royal Air Maroc on July 2, 2024, from Istanbul Airport to Bissau via Casablanca. I arrived in Bissau on July 3, 2024, but as of July 9, 2024, my two checked suitcases had still not arrived. I filed a complaint with the airline and submitted a missing baggage claim, but I have not received any response from the company.

The airline makes no effort to ensure customer satisfaction, and there is no one available to contact about this issue. Think twice before checking your luggage with Royal Air Maroc.
