Royal Air Maroc Canceled My Flight Without Proper Notice

If you book a ticket with Royal Air Maroc, make sure to check your emails carefully. If you receive an email stating that your flight has been canceled or containing similar information, the airline seems to do everything it can to keep this information from being clearly noticed.

My flight was scheduled for 3:00 a.m. I had already arrived at the airport when I found out at midnight that the flight had been canceled. I called customer service, and the Tunisian call center told me that everything was fine but that they couldn't see my payment.

It was already 1:00 a.m. when I received an email saying that my payment had been refunded. Half of my connecting flight had been canceled, while the other half was still showing as active. The whole situation made no sense. Nobody was willing to take responsibility or do anything to resolve the problem.
