Royal Air Maroc Lost My Wife's Luggage and Still Hasn't Delivered It

My wife traveled with Royal Air Maroc on March 10, 2024, from Istanbul Airport to Burkina Faso via Morocco, but her luggage still has not arrived. We were told that it would arrive on Wednesday, but it still hasn't shown up. She has no clothes to wear. When we call the ground handling service, they tell us, "Yes, your luggage will be sent later. There is an MIS report on file." However, we don't know whether the luggage has been sent to its destination or is still at the airport. We have no idea when it will arrive.

She has none of her belongings and is left without basic necessities. Please send her luggage as soon as possible. She has suffered enough inconvenience because of this situation.
