Technical Service Ignores Rowenta Electric Vacuum Motor Issues
I bought a Rowenta electric vacuum with the plan to use it after 11 months when my old vacuum started to decline a bit. But, when I first used it, after running for a bit, the motor started making a different sound and I could smell something burning. I was worried, so I brought it to the tech service. They sent me a message after two hours, saying that the repair was done. After looking into the details, it said that they did general inspections and didn't find any problems. When I called to share my worries, they kept saying there was no issue. They even mentioned casually that if the motor burns out in the future, they would think about replacing it. How can they say there's no problem when there's a clear burnt smell and a noticeable difference in the sound of the motor? I hope the authorities will help me replace the motor of my vacuum cleaner.
