Rowenta Electric Vacuum Cable Replacement Delay
My Rowenta vacuum's cable mechanism broke on August 15, 2023. I called the service center and they took my product. They promised to repair it in 2 days, but it ended up taking a frustrating 5 days. When the vacuum came back, I noticed that they had a hard time putting in a new part and suggested that I take it out completely when cleaning. But later that evening, when I tried to put the attachment back, I found a problem with the top cover. I quickly made a video. The next day, the cable wouldn't go back into the machine. I was really angry, so I called the technician and told him about the problem within 12 hours. What did he say? Yeah, it's possible. I was really annoyed, so I told them they needed to come and fix it because we already paid for the service. Surprisingly, the technician said no, which left me feeling helpless.
