I called Rowenta's hotline for help, and they suggested selling me a new unit at a lower price. However, I turned down their offer because I wanted to get my current unit repaired. My product is still being repaired at the service center. Basically, Rowenta hasn't been able to fix my item for months, which has been really frustrating. They've also been trying to convince me to buy a new one. Does Rowenta really care about making high-quality products, or are they purposely making defective items to boost sales?
