Exorbitant Rowenta Hairdryer Repair Prices
My Rowenta hairdryer stopped working, so I brought it to the service center on April 18, 2023. At first, they told me that the part I needed was not available and would take a while to get. When I checked again later, I was told that the part still hadn't arrived. Today, when I asked again, they told me that the part had arrived but was already sold out. I called Rowenta's hotline for help, and they suggested selling me a new unit at a lower price. However, I turned down their offer because I wanted to get my current unit repaired. My product is still being repaired at the service center. Basically, Rowenta hasn't been able to fix my item for months, which has been really frustrating. They've also been trying to convince me to buy a new one. Does Rowenta really care about making high-quality products, or are they purposely making defective items to boost sales? If not, I want it fixed right away. Because I had to wait for a long time and the prices kept going up, I ended up losing money because I couldn't use the product. I'm wondering if Rowenta is a brand that can fix these kinds of situations. Can it or can't it?
