My Rowenta hair straightener broke while it was still under warranty. After dealing with a frustrating two-month process, Rowenta finally sent me a lower-quality straightener without bothering to communicate or consider my needs. When I said no, they tried to convince me to buy a different product, saying there were no other choices available. I didn't accept it, so I complained to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Even though I won the case on May 31, 2023, and the court ordered Rowenta to send me a replacement unit just like the one I bought two years ago, they haven't reached out to me at all since then. When I got in touch with Rowenta after making the decision, they said they hadn't received an official notification yet and would take action once they did. Even though I planned to call them every day to see how things were going, they told me not to worry because they would contact me instead. It's not surprising that they haven't reached out to me since May 31st. Why is Rowenta so relaxed even though there's an official decision? I've been trying to stand up for my rights since early February, waiting patiently for three months for the Consumer Arbitration Board to make a decision. Now, after receiving a legal decision, Rowenta is still ignoring consumer rights. You need to follow the legal decision and send me my product now. I've had it up to here!
