Rowenta TN8931 Shaver Causes Facial Bleeding Issues

The Rowenta TN8931 shaver feels more like a pair of tweezers than a typical shaver. I've been using the TN8931 shaver that I bought a year ago for about 6 months now. Recently, I had to take it back to the service center because it kept cutting my face every time I used it. The product either has bad blades or a weak motor. It's definitely not good for someone like me who has a lot of facial hair. The company's service center told me that because I took 6 days to bring in the device (a 6-day delay), they won't give me a refund or let me exchange it. They did some maintenance, but the problem didn't go away. I took the problem to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and after waiting for about 6 months, they brought in an expert to give their opinion. The expert suggested a solution that wouldn't hurt anyone, asking for all the blades to be replaced. After that, the headquarters contacted me and told me to take the product to the service center. They assured me that they would follow through with the decision. So, I went to pick up my product from the service center after they told me it was ready. But guess what? Turns out they didn't actually follow the decision made by the Consumer Arbitration Board. They didn't give me any new blades like they were supposed to, they just did a basic lubrication process. They didn't even give us a form to fill out for the service. I'm going to bring this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. The company has shown a lot of audacity by not implementing the decision. This shaver can only handle hair that is in its early stages of growth. I hope Rowenta will fix my problem and come up with a different solution that makes me happy. If not, I will try every possible legal option. Let the rich bosses keep getting richer; we shouldn't be stuck with a product we can't use while still paying for it. It's not just about money; it's a matter of fairness. I'll do whatever it takes to stand up for my rights against Rowenta.

You did not comply with the decision of the consumer arbitration committee; despite the decision to renew the blades of the shaver, the service only lubricated it and returned it. From now on, I will never buy any brand represented by your company. Rowenta, Tefal, WMF... I will reapply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and state that you did not comply with the decision. The 25% discount you offered on any product as compensation was ridiculous, but still, even though it seemed like a mockery, it was a very small gesture.
