On September 28, 2025, I purchased a Rowenta TN9444E0 model trimmer from a Media Markt store. When I first bought the device, I only turned it on briefly to check if it worked, and I never actually used it. Later, within the return period, I decided to return it unused. However, the store refused to accept the return, claiming they had found hair inside the device. I explained that I had not used the product, yet they still refused the return.

After this experience, I decided to use the product since I could not return it, and it caused irritation, redness, and itching on my face. Since Media Markt does not accept returns for personal care products, I now believe the store sold me a previously used device. It is possible that the skin problems of the previous user were transmitted to me through this product.

Furthermore, the package contents were incomplete — the tool or key required to change the shaving heads was missing. It appears that I was sold a used, incomplete, and defective trimmer under the guise of a new product.

I demand a full refund for this faulty and unsanitary device.
