Rossmann Products Left My Face Red, Swollen And Irritated, Request Verification

I purchased several Isana brand skincare products from the Rossmann store in Istanbul Metrogarden and started using them on my face. On the first evening I applied an azelaic serum, the next morning I used the Intensiv Serum Vitamin C 10%, then the Isana Hydro Gel mit Hyaluron & Vitamin C under‑eye mask. In the evening I applied the Isana Care Capsule Anti‑Wrinkle Q10 capsule and finally the Isana Pure 24h Creme. When I woke up in the morning, my face was in this condition. Although I used the products only for two days and for a short time, they caused a very serious reaction on my skin, including intense redness, burning sensation and swelling in the form of edema. This sudden and severe reaction has affected me very negatively both in terms of my health and my psychological well‑being. Due to this situation, I had to urgently consult a dermatology specialist. As a result of the medical examination, I was diagnosed with “Irritant Contact Dermatitis”. In order to stop the severe irritation, inflammation and edema on my skin, my doctor started a comprehensive treatment protocol including a cortisone cream, an antibiotic ointment and systemic antihistaminic (allergy medication). I am currently undergoing this prescription medical treatment to recover my skin, and this process is significantly reducing my quality of daily life. Although I no longer have the outer cardboard boxes of the products, I do have the receipt of my purchase, the images of the products that caused the reaction, my doctor’s prescription and diagnosis documents. I have also added the photos that clearly show the redness and lesions on my face to this complaint. In view of this situation, which directly threatens customer health and safety, I request that my grievance be remedied, that the relevant Isana products be examined in detail in terms of their ingredients and safety, that a refund be made for these products if possible, and that the damage and distress I have suffered due to such a severe reaction on my skin be compensated. Because I am faced with a very disturbing appearance, I have also been deeply distressed socially and psychologically. I kindly request that my health expenses and the grievance I have experienced be addressed with a reasonable and satisfactory solution, and that I receive a prompt and written response, taking the seriousness of the situation into account.
