I’m absolutely shocked and deeply disappointed after using the Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, which I purchased from the Rossmann store in Bursa Sur Yapı—a place I trusted to stock reliable and safe products. After just one use, both my son and I developed bright red patches on our faces, foreheads, cheeks, and temples, accompanied by an intense burning sensation.
I trusted this brand, believing it stood for quality and skin safety, especially for sensitive skin. But instead, we experienced what I can only describe as a serious allergic reaction. My face is still irritated and sore, and seeing my child go through the same thing was incredibly upsetting.
How can such a product, with numerous reported complaints, still be sold at high prices in so-called trusted stores? Is our health truly this cheap? Is this product fake, or has the formula changed and become dangerous? Regardless, something is clearly very wrong, and I am demanding an immediate investigation.
This product should be pulled from the market immediately. The company owes an apology not just to me, but to every consumer who trusted them and suffered as a result. I also expect my complaint to be taken seriously and my losses compensated. We shouldn't have to suffer to get answers.
