Yves Rocher Creams Caused Eczema

I have been purchasing many different products such as creams and serums from Yves Rocher’s Ümraniye and Meydan AVM branches. In total, I have spent close to ₺10,000 on these products, mostly around August and October, and all purchases are registered in their system under my phone number. After using these products regularly for about a month, I developed eczema and allergic reactions on my skin. When these reactions increased, I went to the doctor and was advised to stop using all Yves Rocher products. After I stopped using them, my skin recovered within about two to four weeks. I contacted Yves Rocher about this situation. They got back to me, and I sent them the photos of the products, product codes and other requested information. Much later, they called me and said that they had sent a message to my e-mail and that I had to reply to it, but there was no such message in my e-mail. Afterwards, a customer representative told me to request it via WhatsApp, which I did, and I also shared the photos there, but I never received any response or solution. I also contacted customer service again via WhatsApp, was connected to a representative and was told that they would get back to me, but once more nobody returned to me. Due to the eczema and allergic reactions I experienced and the lack of effective support in the communication process, I request that all the related products registered in their system under my phone number be taken back and that the total amount I paid be refunded to me. I also request that the brand carefully examine these products in order to prevent similar health issues for other customers. In addition, I would like the photos I have shared of the products and my skin reactions to be taken into account during the review.
