On October 15, 2025, I tried placing an order more than seven times using both the Android app, the mobile website, and the desktop site on my MacBook. My order number is rso101394849. Each time, during the payment step, I received the following error message:
“Please check your credit card information. (Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV).”
I tried using both my Maximum card and my spouse’s Bonus card, but the same issue occurred with both. When I attempted to pay via Masterpass, the order seemed to go through, but a few minutes later it was automatically canceled.
I can use the same cards on other platforms like Gratis, Boyner, and Hepsiburada without any issues, so the problem clearly isn’t with the cards themselves. When I called customer support, they couldn’t offer any real solution and simply told me to contact my bank — even though there’s no issue with my cards. Additionally, both the app and the website were extremely slow, which made the entire process even more frustrating.
Because of this, I haven’t been able to complete my purchase totaling around ₺3,000, and I’ve been severely inconvenienced. I request technical assistance to resolve this issue and expect an official apology for the poor service I’ve experienced.
