Reactivate My ByBit Account

I previously had a Bybit account registered in Côte d'Ivoire, which I deactivated myself around last month. Since then, I have been trying to access my account again, but whenever I attempt to sign in with both my registered email address and my phone number, the system responds with “account not found” and does not allow me to log in or proceed with reactivation. I have already tried to follow the AI-based support instructions provided by Bybit, but these steps did not solve the problem and I was not given a clear solution or human support option. At the moment, I am completely unable to access my old account despite it being my own and previously active. I request that my Bybit account be fully reactivated so that I can log in again and continue using the platform. I also ask for a clear explanation of what has happened to my account and for support from a real representative if any additional verification is required. I kindly request that this situation be reviewed urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
