Roborock S8 Stopped Working Due to Lidar Sensor Error, Refund Delayed
After extensive research, I purchased the Roborock S8 robot vacuum from the Teknosa store at City’s Nişantaşı Mall, trusting the brand’s reputation. However, the experience has been a huge disappointment.
Initially, the app for the device didn’t work, so I had to troubleshoot on my own and download the Mihome app to get it running. By the second day, the vacuum started showing a Lidar sensor error, causing it to stop working after just a few minutes of use. Despite being brand new and spotless, the device repeatedly displayed the same error.
I returned the product for a refund, but it’s been three days, and it hasn’t even been sent to the service center. Reaching the store by phone is impossible. I urgently request Teknosa and Roborock to process my refund without further delay. This level of service is unacceptable for such a trusted brand.
