I purchased a Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra for approximately 2,000 USD under Turkish market conditions, and unfortunately I have been experiencing serious problems with both the device and the authorized service. Within the last month, I had to send my machine to the authorized service in Istanbul for the second time, even though I live in Ankara. Each time I expected the problem to be properly fixed and the device to be returned in full working order. However, after this latest service, my device was sent back to me with the water filter missing. In other words, it was returned to me incomplete. This missing part cannot be found for sale anywhere, which leaves me unable to use a product that I paid a very high price for. A device that is constantly in service and returned with missing parts is absolutely unacceptable for a brand like Roborock. I tried to contact the authorized service in Turkey and Roborock through messages and emails about the missing water filter, but I did not receive any response. The only communication I received was an information message before they shipped the product back to me. Apart from that, no one has returned my calls or messages, and my problem remains unresolved. My device, with serial number R65EBD41600836 and registered to my name, Emir Budunoğlu, is currently not delivering the performance I expect and cannot be properly used. I request that my device be brought to full working condition without any missing parts, that the missing water filter be supplied immediately and installed, and that a permanent solution be provided so that I do not have to send the product to service repeatedly. I also expect an explanation and compensation for the time, effort, and money I have spent on a product that I currently cannot use. Due to this experience, Roborock has unfortunately become a brand that I will neither choose again nor recommend to anyone, and I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible.

My Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra device was sent to service twice, and after the last service, it was returned with the water filter missing. I tried to contact the authorized service and the brand, but I have not received any response. My device is unusable due to the missing part, and this situation has left me very disappointed.
