I Cannot Use Roborock Dyad After Cleaning and Charging Failures

I purchased a Roborock Dyad from Teknosa in Turkey through their online store for ₺15,599. About three months after purchase, the device started leaving dirty water on the floor and stopped cleaning properly. After about one year, an additional problem appeared and the device stopped charging. Because of these issues, I contacted the service and sent the product in. However, I was told that there was no problem with the device. Since I did not receive any real support in this first process and my problem was not resolved, I did not contact them again when the charging problem started, as I thought they would not help me based on my previous experience. At this stage, I can no longer use the device as intended and I am not satisfied with either the product or the support I have received. I request that my Roborock Dyad be exchanged for another device that will not cause these problems and can be used properly.
