Parimatch Winnings Disappeared After Meeting 100 Percent Wagering

I deposited 500 INR on Parimatch on 07.09.2026 around 8:30 PM using a bonus offer. The site added another 500 INR as bonus as promised. I then placed bets in the Money Time and Ice Fishing games and won around 4,000 INR, but when I tried to withdraw my winnings the system did not allow it. The only explanation I was given was that I had to wager at least 70% of the wagering requirement. After seeing this, I continued to bet until I reached 70%, but I still could not withdraw my money. I then kept betting again and at one point my balance reached around 19,000 INR and the wagering requirement reached 100%. Despite that, my winnings suddenly disappeared and I lost the amounts I had accumulated. I believe I fulfilled the wagering conditions that were shown to me and I do not accept that my winnings were removed in this way without a clear and fair explanation or a chance to withdraw. I request that my wagering and game history be checked in detail, that my rightful winnings be restored to my account and that I be allowed to withdraw them, or that my losses from this situation be compensated.
