Samsung Watch Ultra Charger Not Sold As Retail Accessory In Turkey

I am a user of Samsung’s flagship smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch Ultra, and I wanted to purchase an original charging cable for my device. However, the original Galaxy Watch Ultra charging cable (EP-OL300) is not available for sale on the official Samsung Turkey website or through authorized retailers. After submitting a support request, I was contacted by the Samsung Resolution Center by phone on 08/09/2026. During this call, I was clearly informed that the charging cable is not sold as a retail accessory and is defined in their system only as a “service spare part.” Because of this internal limitation, I was told that, in order to place an order, I must physically surrender my fully functional smartwatch to an authorized service center in Istanbul and pay approximately ₺2,500 for this process. I find it unreasonable and unacceptable to be forced to hand over a working watch to a service center just to purchase an external USB charging cable that requires no technical intervention, assembly, or diagnosis. Samsung’s internal inventory and software constraints are effectively being turned into a burden on the customer, and my functioning watch is being held “hostage” as a procedural requirement, which makes no sense from a consumer perspective. My clear demand from Samsung Turkey is the direct sale and courier delivery of the original Galaxy Watch Ultra charging cable (EP-OL300) to my address in Istanbul, at a fair and reasonable accessory retail price, without any obligation to surrender my fully working watch to any service center.
