My Roborock Q8 App Won't Install on Samsung A13

I am absolutely furious with Roborock! A few days ago, I bought a Roborock Q8 robot vacuum, and I'm utterly frustrated because I can't get the app to install on my phone. My phone, a Samsung A13, isn't that old and is fully updated, yet for some reason, the Roborock app just won't load.

This is completely unacceptable. What's the point of buying a smart robot vacuum if you can't even get the necessary control app to work? I've paid good money for a product that's currently useless because of a software compatibility issue.

Roborock, I demand immediate assistance from your representatives! This problem is preventing me from using my new vacuum. Please find an urgent solution to get the Roborock app installed and working on my Samsung A13 now! I expect prompt action to resolve this.
