Riot Games Support Not Responding About Lost Account Despite Multiple Tickets

I am writing regarding a serious problem with Riot Support related to my lost account on the EUNE server. I lost access to my account on February 28 and since then I have been trying to reach Riot Support in every possible way, but I am not receiving any proper response and feel completely ignored. I have opened multiple tickets about this issue, including the ones with reference numbers #120141942 and #120126946. Despite providing the requested information and repeatedly asking for help, my problem has still not been resolved and I have not received a clear answer about the status of my case or any concrete steps toward recovering my account. I request that my case be reviewed carefully and that my account on the EUNE server be restored as soon as possible. I also expect a clear and detailed response from Riot Support explaining what has been done so far and what will be done next to secure and recover my account.

And yet nobody is even trying to help me. Riot doesn’t care about the players; they are just trying to get as much money from us as they can, and they don’t care about the player experience. I have never seen such an unresponsive support—everyone keeps sending the same message day after day, and now it has been a whole week with no real help.
