My League of Legends account has been stolen, and I’m utterly frustrated with how Riot Support is handling the issue. I submitted a support ticket, only to receive a generic bot reply that merely mentioned “information regarding account suspension,” which did nothing to address my real problem. The very next day, another Riot employee redirected me to submit another ticket via a provided link. I followed the instructions, only to get yet another automated response. This cycle repeated through three to four separate tickets, leaving me with no clear answer on whether my account was banned, suspended, or actually stolen.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of personalized assistance and transparency from Riot Support. I demand that Riot urgently investigates my case and takes immediate action to restore my account. I insist on clear communication and a prompt resolution so I can get back to enjoying League of Legends without further hassle.
