I Recovered My League of Legends Account but Riot Still Hasn’t Lifted the Lock
I submitted a support ticket to Riot Games after my League of Legends account was hacked. In response, they locked my account for security, which is standard — and I appreciated that at first. But here’s the problem: I’ve already recovered the account by resetting my email password and changing the LoL account credentials.
Despite informing Riot multiple times (through at least 10 separate tickets) that I now have full control over my account, they still haven’t unlocked it. I’ve been waiting for a proper response from their support team, but no one replies — not even a real person. It’s like shouting into a void.
I’ve done my part to secure my account. Now it’s Riot’s turn to unlock it so I can access the game I’ve spent so much time and money on. This level of customer service failure is unacceptable.
