Riot Games Has Ignored My Support Tickets for a Year After My Account Was Stolen
My Riot account was stolen a year ago, and I’ve been trying to recover it ever since. I submitted a support ticket to Riot Games, providing every piece of information they could possibly need—including the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card used on the account. I made sure everything was accurate.
But I never got a single helpful response. No follow-up, no confirmation, nothing. For an entire year, I’ve sent tickets once a month, hoping someone would finally look into my case. Still no resolution. No email, no support, no effort to help a long-time player.
This account means a lot to me—years of time and money have gone into it. I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed by how Riot has handled this. Riot Games, I’m asking for real support, not silence. Please investigate my case properly and help me recover my account. I deserve better.
