Ria Zeytinburnu Gave Less Euros & Forced TL Exchange – Unfair Currency Practices

I went to the Ria branch in Zeytinburnu twice today to receive €1,000 from abroad, but both times, they refused to give me the full amount in euros. Instead, they said they could only provide €900 and would give the remaining €100 as ₺3,540—forcing me to accept a terrible exchange rate. When I questioned them, they claimed they had no more euros, yet every time I visited, I got the same excuse. With the actual euro rate at ₺3,750, they are clearly taking a cut from customers’ money. This is completely unfair and unethical. Ria needs to stop these deceptive practices immediately—customers deserve full payouts in the currency they are supposed to receive!
