Can’t Withdraw My Money Sent via Ria – No Support

I am unable to withdraw my money sent via Ria through Vakıf Katılım mobile banking. When I contacted customer service, they told me to visit a branch. I explained that I am currently abroad, but they still insisted that I call a branch for help.

I called the branch, and they told me they can’t do anything without me being there in person. My money shows as received, yet it’s not available in my account. If you can’t provide a proper service, don’t offer it! I’ve been struggling for nearly a week just to access my own money. Vakıf Katılım, fix this issue immediately! Has anyone else faced this problem? I need a solution now!
