Ria Won’t Transfer My Euro – Says Limit Reached Despite No Transactions

I received a Euro transfer through Ria, and the amount appears in my account. However, when I try to transfer it to my bank, I get an error saying, “Monthly limit of €5000 reached.” This makes no sense, as this is my first transaction of the month!
I immediately contacted customer service, and they claimed there was no issue with my account. Yet, I still cannot transfer my money. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I need access to my funds urgently. Ria, fix this now! Why is my money being held up for no reason? Has anyone else faced this issue? I expect an immediate resolution!
