If Ria Money Transfer canceled your transaction after taking the money, the refund is usually sent back to the way of payment you used the first time.
It takes between 3 and 10 working days for refunds to arrive, but this depends on your bank or card provider. By logging into your Ria account or calling their customer service, you can check on the progress.

Get ready to give your full name, transaction number, and payment information. If you used a bank transfer to pay, the refund process may take longer, so make sure you get proof that it was started.
If you still haven't gotten your refund after 10 business days, use Ria's website's feedback form or live chat to take the matter to the next level.
If Ria doesn't return the money, you can also call your bank and challenge the charge. Remember to keep all of your emails and records.
