Over the years, I've spent nearly 5k there. Why because they had good standing. speed and service. placed an order with promises of overnight shipping, you can guess if I it overnight, I NEED IT! Called multiple times, chatted online – each time, they swore my order had left the warehouse and was zooming my way. Even on the supposed "delivery day," they assured me everything was on its way. Nothing arrived. Not a single thing. Revzilla lied to me, not once, but multiple times. I’m a loyal customer who's spent a small fortune with them…whatever, slap in the face. Once I had ordered a piece, it was damaged, they wanted me to ship the whole things back – a process that could take weeks, I guess now they seem lost, unsure of their own policies.
