Zulily App Not Working Well, Keeps Adding Random Stuff To My Cart
Zulily is not what it used to be. I remember how their website was easy to use and could always knew when your stuff was coming. Now – they say things are shipped, but you have no idea when you'll actually get them. Plus, getting help if something's wrong is a nightmare. Last week, I tossed a few things in my cart, and next thing I know, they're about to send me a whole new wardrobe of fancy shoes, expensive laptops, and, for some reason, a fuzzy headband? I practically wore out my phone trying to call customer service, but they wouldn't even admit their app messed up! how can a company like Zulily be so messed up? They've lost my trust completely.
