Revzilla Chose Wrong Carrier, Ignored Requests, Delayed Delivery
Revzilla's shipping situation is a mess, and reflects poorly on their customer service. Before I ordered, double-checked the shipping details – specifically requested UPS to my home address (no P.O. Box for this package!). They shipped it by another , which doesn't even deliver to my area! Emails and calls went unanswered, or worse, got me blamed for their mistake!they promised 2-3 days, then take a whole week? False hope and empty promises are a recipe for frustrated customers like me. You should know better as I’m sure you’re there counting the number of complaints like this. Maybe this one will be a special in your collection. Enjoy! One last thing, if you deliver you’ll have to take it back as I want nothing from you.
