On April 3, 2025, I made a SWIFT transfer of ₺100,000 from my Revolut account in the UK to my account at Garanti Bank in Turkey. This is a transfer I make every month without issue — but this time, the money completely vanished.
Revolut shows the transfer as completed, yet Garanti Bank claims they never received the funds. I contacted both parties, and neither can give me a clear or helpful answer. Revolut says they’ve opened an investigation, but it’s been days and still no result. Meanwhile, my payments are overdue, and interest charges are piling up — all because my money is lost in limbo.
This delay is unacceptable for such a large sum. I demand both Revolut and Garanti Bank urgently locate my funds and resolve this issue without further delay. I need my money, and I need it now.
