I Face a Missing €2,200 Transfer From Revolut to Ziraat Bank With No Resolution
On 12/01/2025 at 11:17 AM, I transferred €2,200 from my Revolut account to my Ziraat Bank account in Turkey, which is registered in my own name. I have been making regular transfers to the same IBAN for nearly a year without any issues, but this most recent transfer never reached my Ziraat Bank account.
After noticing the problem, I submitted my transfer receipt and all required documents to Ziraat Bank. Despite this, the bank stated that the funds were “not visible in the pool” and was unable to resolve the issue. At this point, the money is neither showing in my Ziraat Bank account nor has it been returned to me, leaving me in a very difficult situation.
I am under serious financial strain and urgently need this money. I request that the €2,200 be credited to my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible. I ask that this matter be reviewed immediately and that my hardship be resolved without further delay.
