I Sent ₺100,000 to My Garanti Bank Account via SWIFT and It Still Hasn’t Arrived



On April 3, 2025, a SWIFT transfer of ₺100,000 was made from the UK to my Garanti Bank account in Turkey. This is a routine monthly transaction that has always gone smoothly — until now. For some reason, the money still hasn’t arrived, and it’s been far longer than usual.
When I contacted Garanti Bank to find out what happened, they simply told me, “The funds haven’t reached us.” That’s it. No explanation, no real help, no urgency. I am left in the dark, and my money seems to have disappeared into thin air.
This is unacceptable for such a large amount. I need Garanti Bank to immediately investigate this issue and ensure that my ₺100,000 is located and credited to my account without further delay.
