I Regret Buying Revlon Hair Styler That Only Works for Bangs

Two days ago, I purchased a Revlon-branded hair styling tool expecting it to be versatile for full hairstyling, but to my surprise, it only works for styling bangs. No one at the store informed me of this crucial limitation, and I was not made aware that the product had such a narrow use case. I feel misled and frustrated because I made the purchase assuming it would function like other full-size stylers.

The sales staff offered no clarification or guidance at the time, which makes this feel like an uninformed, blind purchase. I don’t understand how a brand like Revlon allows such lack of transparency at the point of sale.

I’m requesting either an exchange for a proper model that meets my needs or a full refund. I shouldn’t have to bear the consequences of the store’s failure to provide accurate product details. Please resolve this quickly.
