Renault's Misleading Transactions and Unresolved Refunds

I had a disappointing experience with Kagıthane ABC Automotive, as they failed to uphold their promises. In June 2023, my hearing-impaired relative came across a zero-emission vehicle listing on the Sahibinden website, which they asked me to handle on their behalf. When I contacted the seller, they directed me to a sales representative at the dealership. We went there, discussed the details, and decided to purchase the vehicle for 575,000 TL. They requested that I transfer 466,000 TL to an account under the name of Simge at ABC Automotive, while the remaining 107,000 TL would be paid in cash. We made the payments as requested to two different bank accounts. Later, we found out that Renault does not allow intermediaries in the transaction. They promised to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill for our inconvenience, but despite taking delivery of the car, no refund has been made. Renault has not taken any action regarding the issue or provided any resolution. Moreover, we purchased a zero-mileage vehicle, but the odometer showed 10,000 miles, which raised concerns about its condition.
