Renault Megane 4 Radio Screen Turns On Off

I bought a 2018 Renault Megane 4 about two months ago and from the first days of use I have been experiencing a serious problem with the multimedia system. The radio screen turns on and off by itself while driving and during normal use, which distracts me and negatively affects my driving safety and comfort. When I did some research, I saw that many Megane 4 users reported the same situation and that this problem is mentioned as a chronic fault in various complaint platforms. Despite this ongoing malfunction, I have not yet taken the vehicle to service or contacted customer service, because I believe that such a common and known problem should be resolved by the brand free of charge, without putting customers in a difficult situation. I also have not made any payment related to this issue so far. I request that the malfunctioning radio screen of my 2018 model Renault Megane 4 be diagnosed and repaired free of charge, and if repair is not possible, that the unit be replaced under appropriate conditions.
