Renault Service Center Fails to Fix Tesla Screen Issues for my Warranty-Covered Megane

I recently had a Tesla screen installed on my Renault Megane vehicle, which is still under warranty. The service center serviced this process, but I had to take it to the Kütahya service center six times because the Bluetooth button of the Tesla screen wasn't working. After 20 days, I finally received a replacement screen, but the clock indicator was not working correctly, in addition to the Bluetooth button. I've requested an exchange several times, but to no avail. When I called customer service, they told me to wait for two weeks. As a Renault user for 20 years, I trusted Renault's headquarters, but they're also playing tricks on us. I'm confused and frustrated with this whole situation.
