I have a Clio 2020 model 1.3 tce EDC 130 hp guaranteed vehicle. I bought my vehicle in October 2021 at 12.500 km. I have been using it actively for about 20000 km. I've had a strange sound problem for the past year. I didn't care at first, but I see it increasing day by day. When I first made a diagnosis, I expressed my complaint to Renault Gürses Basın Ekspres authorized service in Yenibosna. As for my complaint, usually after my car warms up a bit, after driving for about 10 or 15 minutes, clicking noises start coming from the bottom. The loudest part is that there is a loud clicking on the ramps, especially when I drive in reverse gear, so that people can hear it comfortably. When I went to the service about the subject, this vehicle produces 130hp high torque, and I got a strange response as normal. I went out and showed another service, Renault - Dacia Renser Authorized Service, to Basaksehir. I got similar answers there, they said that the teeth in the gear touch each other, and this is normal. The last time I came to Renault - Mais Istanbul Branch and the friends here said that we tried it in another vehicle, they also do it, there is no problem with it. What I don't understand is how can they say it's normal that this vehicle has been driving for two years when I bought it, and there was no problem, but it has started to sound for the last year. I also spoke to people with the same vehicles and they said that no one has such a voice. Now I'm asking you, is there a really big problem and you are waiting for the warranty to expire? or complain for you to check from A to Z? I watch with amazement how you see the sound in my new vehicle as normal when there is no such sound even in my 97 model vehicle. What I want is to solve my simple problem...
